Tourism Section

The Tourism section of the Embassy aims to promote the South African tourism industry in Belgium and Luxembourg. The Embassy has established relations with Belgian tour operators, travel agents and Embassies of Namibia, Botswana, Swaziland and Mauritius and together initiated the Visit Southern Africa project. The aim of the initiative is to promote Southern Africa as a tourist destination for Belgian holiday makers.

It participates annually in Tourism Fairs/expositions such as  (Vakanz (Luxembourg), Vakantie salon (Antwerpen and  Brussels), and the Zenith.
